Le silence oublie
Gorges du Dadés – Marrocco
Series of 10 black & white photographs
2008

We enter the deepest interiors that can be anywhere or nowhere: palaces forgotten in time; spaces that are silently present in our unconscious; places that are hidden and full of the unknown. This series was realized inside the abandoned Kasbahs located in the remote terrain of the Gorges Du Dadès, within the vast Atlas Mountains and at the edges of the northernmost region of the Sahara Desert.

Black & white photography, archival pigment print on cotton paper, signed and dated on verso, artist oak frame, format 90 x 140 cm, edition of 8 + 2 AP
