Black And White Spider Award Winner, 2010
Bräuer was awarded the HONOR OF DISTINCTION in Still Life Photography from the 5th annual Black & White Spider Awards, and two Nominations in Architecture Photography. The Black & White Spider Awards is recognized around the world as the most renowned body of its kind, dedicated to honoring the highest achievements in black & white photography.

The International Photography Awards, Los Angeles, IPA. Bräuer was awarded with 6 x Honorable Mentions in the categories of: FINE ARTS, NATURE LANDSCAPE, ARCHITECTURE and ADVERTISEMENT Photography. The 2009 competition received nearly 18.000 submissions from 104 countries across the globe.
Jam Art Exposition –  Spain, 2007
A one-week exhibition of international galleries. The JamArt event aspires to be a new space for emerging contemporary art. Bräuers work consisted of 9 architectural black and white medium and large format photographs.
Spanish Lux Award for Zyklus Project – Barcelona
A photo story based on the principal of Ki-Sho-Ten-Ketsu, an over 900-year-old form of Asian literature. Ki stands for \’Introduction\‘, Sho means \’Development\‘, Ten is \’change\‘, Ketsu \’Final\‘. This project was collaboration with dancers Janet Müller and Arnd, fashion designer couple from BiU, and MakeUp artist Chencho. The project received the Spanish photography LUX Award. 2004
